In this vital role, the RN will provide direct pre- and post-operative nursing care for patients recovering from cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced Cardiac Short Stay Unit. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, highly organized, and adept at recognizing early signs of complications. They will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe discharges and optimal patient outcomes, while delivering compassionate care throughout the recovery process.
