Financial Analyst

Prepare financial performance reports and analyses, including profit and loss, departmental KPI highlighting key trends and explaining variances; Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to improve reporting workflows and processes, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness; Perform fundamental financial analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities; Participate in business and project development initiatives and coordinating with internal departments and external professional advisors; Support the preparation of investment proposals, business plans and presentation materials; Conduct in-depth market research and business analysis to support strategic and investment decisions; Maintain proper documentation records and provide administrative support as required; Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required. Requirements: Degree in accounting, finance, real estate, law or related discipline: At least 3-5 years' working experience preferably in accounting, market research, business development and investment analysıs; Professional certifications are an added advantage; Prior experience in property developers, funds or valuation firms will be a definite asset; Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, understanding in Cantonese would be an added advantage; Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial model; Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; Well organized, attentive to details and willingness to learn; Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, presentation and report writing skills; We offer long-term career prospect and competitive remuneration package to the appointed candidate.
