Customer Service

This person will process customer orders and support outside sales representatives. Strong communication skills with sales representatives, customers and company vendors are imperative. Must be able to handle high volume of orders in a fast paced environment. Need strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Position is full time, M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with customers and sales representatives as needed.
• Monitor progress of jobs.
• Keep customers and sales representatives informed of the status of jobs.
• Coordinate materials for jobs with vendors as required.
• Communicate with appropriate departments to resolve any issues and determine root cause.
• Prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet deadlines and business needs.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Required Skills

HS diploma or equivalent with customer service experience in a B2B environment.

Must have knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office, spreadsheets or other programs specific to the job in order to complete job duties successfully. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and team members.
