We are seeking an IT Technician to support our client's team.Location: Fremont, CAShift: 1stPay: $24-$28/hrEmployment Type: Temp to HireSchedule: Mon-FriJob Summary: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an IT Technician with strong Help Desk experience (3–4+ years) to support our client, Quanta Manufacturing, at their Fremont headquarters. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical issues for end users. You will serve as the frontline IT support resource, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across systems, devices, and applications.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 Help Desk support in a corporate environmentTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux systemsManage and resolve tickets using a Service Desk ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)Support Microsoft 365, Teams, and SaaS applicationsPerform user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access requests)Assist with device imaging, deployment, onboarding/offboardingTroubleshoot printers, VoIP systems, AV/conference room technology, and peripheralsProvide remote and onsite support using tools like RDP, TeamViewer, etc.Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to knowledge base articlesCollaborate with IT infrastructure and engineering teamsRequirements:3–4+ years of strong Help Desk / Service Desk experience in a corporate environmentExperience supporting Windows and macOS systems (Linux is a plus)Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, printers, and networking issuesKnowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic networking conceptsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively
