Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, communicating across care settings. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and demographic factors. Maintain safety and alertness in a safety-sensitive role, providing care within established standards. Qualifications Education: Nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor’s degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred for certain qualifications.
