Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise technology deployment and rollout projects from planning through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple technology deployment projects across various customer locations.

Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and status reporting.

Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with operations, logistics, inventory, field services, and sales teams to ensure successful execution.

Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.

Track deployment progress and provide updates to customers and leadership.

Ensure alignment between customer requirements, inventory availability, and deployment schedules.

Support process improvements, workflow optimization, and project best practices.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of project management experience in technology deployments, managed services, logistics, supply chain, field services, or similar industries.

Experience managing large-scale, multi-site deployment or rollout projects.

Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with ERP, CRM, or service management platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or Oracle.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. PMP certification or equivalent.

Experience with enterprise technology deployments, device lifecycle management, POS systems, mobility solutions, or IT infrastructure.

Background in field service operations, logistics, inventory management, or nationwide rollout programs.

Experience with NetSuite, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Power BI.
