They specialize in high-end residential design/build services, including outdoor kitchens, patios, pools, retaining walls, landscape design, irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, and complete outdoor living environments.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential landscape and hardscape construction. This individual will be the primary point of contact for the client and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery, exceptional client communication, and timely execution of work. You will typically manage 3–6 active projects, ranging from $20K to $400k+, with an average project mix of 65% hardscape / 35% landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential landscape/hardscape projects from contract to completionServe as the primary client liaison, providing regular updates and exceptional serviceSchedule and coordinate field crews via the Production ManagerOversee logistics, material procurement, and subcontractor coordinationLead project forecasting, budgeting, value engineering, and revenue trackingMaintain and manage gross margins to meet or exceed company goalsUtilize Aspire and Microsoft Project to track project progress and timelinesParticipate in weekly internal meetings to review project status and maintain clear communication across all teams and stakeholdersPrepare Work in Progress (WIP) reports and update construction schedules as neededQualificationsProven experience managing residential landscape and hardscape construction projectsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying scope and sizeProficient in project management tools (Aspire and MS Project preferred)Comfortable working on renovation/upgrade projects as well as new constructionClient-focused mindset with an understanding of the emotional investment in outdoor living projectsWhy Join Us?
