Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our clients product lines. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting thorough inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and passion for excellence will contribute to our mission of delivering superior products to our customers. salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Implement, Establish, and Maintain certification of company's ISO 13485/FDA-QSR and SAE AS9100 quality management system Perform First Article Inspections and promote continuous improvement of processes Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, whole numbers, fractions, and decimals in US and Metric System Must have experience using standard measuring and testing devices such as but not limited to: calipers, micrometer, height gauge, pin gauge, radius gauge, optical comparator, depth micrometer, etc. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, whole numbers, fractions and decimals in English and Metric System. Ability to convert metric units to English units and vice versa. Facilitate top management review meetings Company's corporate quality contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors Develop training program for all employees to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and train personnel as needed Coordinate and assist with all internal audits Coordinate and perform all audits of suppliers/vendors/subcontractors Ensure all waste is disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal Essential Functions working in a smoke free environment standing for 5 hours at one time working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week Skills Quality Control (3 years of experience is required) Quality Assurance Product Inspection Production Control Decision Making Materials Management Inspection Sampling Testing Leading Monitoring Providing Feedback Problem Solving Blueprint Reading Management AS9100 (5 years of experience is required) First Article Inspection (5 years of experience is required) Math and Calculation Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
