EMEA Finance Leader

Pax8 is looking for a senior finance professional operating at Head of Finance, Finance Director, or CFO level to join us as Regional Finance Leader EMEA. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility regional leadership role built for someone who loves influencing big decisions without needing a big org chart. You’ll be the finance voice at the table—elevating performance narratives, sharpening investment choices, and helping leaders move faster with better data. Key Responsibilities Be the finance voice in EMEA: partner closely with regional commerce and operational leaders to shape strategy, priorities and decisions that drive sustainable growth. Lead planning with confidence: lead EMEA forecasting, planning and performance tracking—turning complex data into a clear story leaders can act on. Bring performance to life: translate results into actionable insight, surfacing risks, opportunities and the “why” behind variance. Guide commercial decisions: support deal desk activity on complex commercial opportunities—helping teams structure deals, evaluate pricing and protect margin and risk. Model what’s next: build scenario models that guide growth, investment and profitability decisions across EMEA. Impact You’ll shape financial direction across EMEA—ensuring the business scales with discipline, clarity and confidence. Your work will directly influence how we grow revenue, optimise margin and invest for the future across multiple markets. Qualifications Extensive leadership‑level finance experience operating at Head of Finance, Finance Director or CFO level in complex, fast‑paced organisations. Proven experience across EMEA regions—navigating multi‑entity structures, diverse markets and varying regulatory landscapes. Deep FP&A expertise—strong planning, forecasting and performance‑led mindset. Ownership across full P&L—revenue, margin, cost and deal economics. Proven experience business partnering with senior executives—influencing strategy, challenging thinking and guiding high‑stakes decisions. Strong commercial finance capability, demonstrated experience in deal desk, pricing strategy and margin optimisation. Considerable skill in financial modelling and evaluating investment returns in fast‑moving environments. Professional finance qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, CFA) preferred. Fluent English (additional European languages a plus). Requirements In order to fulfil this role you should be resident in this country with a valid right to work.
