Lanham strives to provide a workplace where employees work hard, are friendly and respect of one another.Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer callsRespond to customer inquiries (i.e. pricing, stock, order status)Enter customer orders into the systemComplete sales transactions for will-call customersAssist in receiving and stocking products, help to fulfill will call orders, ups shipments and assistance with inventory counts. Assist in warehouse when needed to pull products for orders and help customers by loading their order. Ability to lift up to 70lbsBilingual is a plus (Spanish)Requirements:Experience working in the field of customer serviceGood technical/computer skillsStrong communication skills and good phone etiquetteComfortable working with and driving a forklift when needed (will train)Experience working in warehouse environment is preferredMust be a high school graduateCollege Degree preferred, but not requiredCertifications preferred, but not required
