Field Account Executive II

Our client is seeking a strategic Field Account Executive II to drive business growth within the local communities, with a strong focus on mid-market businesses and advanced connectivity solutions.

salary: $58,300 - $81,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospect Engagement
  Actively identify, target, and engage mid-market business prospects daily to build pipeline and generate new revenue, leveraging both provided leads and independent prospecting efforts.
• New Business Development
  Execute a proactive  hunter sales strategy , including cold calling, networking, and territory mapping to acquire new logos and expand market presence.
• Consultative Selling
  Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and positioning  fiber connectivity, dedicated circuits (DIA), SD-WAN, and telecom solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Presentation & Communication
  Deliver compelling, customized  presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to business owners and key decision-makers, clearly articulating value and ROI.
• Relationship Management
  Build and maintain long-term relationships within mid-market accounts, identifying opportunities to expand and deepen customer engagement.
• Sales Performance
  Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly quotas through strong pipeline management.
• Territory Growth
  Manage a designated territory with a focus on  mid-market account penetration , utilizing both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (2-4 years) required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
