Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance are required.
• 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is required.
• Homecare Homebase experience is required.

Assignment Details

• Local travel is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is required.
