Veterinary Client Service Representative Location: Lynnwood, WA. Hours: Full-time: Sunday–Tuesday (3:30 PM–6:00 AM) and Sunday–Tuesday (1:30 PM–4:00 AM). Join the 24‑hour Emergency and Critical Care and Specialty hospital at the Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle, a Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner. In this role, you will provide end‑to‑end client service for our patients, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Answer the phone, differentiate between routine and emergency calls, and schedule appointments. Greet clients, admit patients, and manage check‑out processes. Process payments, manage financial information, and maintain accurate records. Communicate information between clients and staff, ensuring clear understanding of services and recommendations. Create a warm and welcoming impression while remaining professional and courteous during interruptions. Remain calm and collected during emergency situations, providing compassionate, well‑mannered support to clients, even when emotional or discourteous. Experience & Skills Required Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well on a team and independently. Impeccable customer service skills. Strong multitasking abilities. Positive attitude.
