Survey Party Chief

East Central Florida Survey Company looking for a full time Land Survey Party Chief (Experienced). Primary Duties and Responsibilities Work as a member of a survey crew performing boundary, topography, ALTA/NSPS, right of way, and construction surveys for public and private clients Knowledge of Total Station, topcon GPS equipment w/ Topcon FC5000 data collector Drive stakes, iron rods as points of reference Cut line of sight for survey lines Learn to set‑up and operate survey equipment, including total‑station, data‑collector, level, and GPS Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to work outside in all seasons Valid Driver’s license Must pass drug screen Applicant must be organized, punctual, and accountable Minimum 3 years Exp required All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. The primary work area is Volusia and Flagler County. We perform work from Edgewater to Palm Coast and as far West as Sanford. The majority of our current projects are in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, and Deland. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
