Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Sales experience or outbound call experience preferred. Competitive backgrounds (sports/etc) perform well in this role.
