$60,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and referrals to expand a client base.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values in Charleston-North Charleston, SC.
• Prepare and present competitive market analyses to help clients make informed decisions.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with the best interests of the clients in mind, ensuring favorable outcomes.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase listings effectively and attract potential buyers or renters.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active SC Real Estate License (NC a plus!).
• Self-motivated & goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn the most current tools, systems, and technologies.
• Display a people-oriented, positive, and client-focused attitude.
• Serve as a committed advocate for clients and their goals.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Display persistence and diligence when working through challenging situations.
• Have a passion for Real Estate.
