Job Location: 400 Westage Business Center Drive, Ste 107 Fishkill, NY

Job Type: Full-Time (Mon - Fri; 40 hours per week. Will further discuss work schedule during interview.)

Salary: $19.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

You'll achieve success by:

• Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while delivering exceptional customer service
• Verifying insurance, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to ensure smooth billing and patient access to care
• Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents
• Answering phone calls, assisting patients, and upholding HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Basic office and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
