Position Responsibilities The Operations Analyst collaborates with Market Unit teams, the Reyes Holdings (RH) Analytics team and the Business Intelligence (BI) team to monitor and drive operational improvement to in- outlet orders. Collaborate with Market Unit teams to provide support to daily predictive orders Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency Develop and execute use of template operational dashboards and reports Support process improvement projects of significant scope and ad-hoc performance analysis as needed Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
