Business AnalystBridgeton, MO OnsiteJD - (BA to document the requirements, experience with Telemetry data, IOT data collection, AWS Cloud etc will be value add)ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) to join our team to support the analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements related to IoT and telemetry data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with IoT data collection systems, telemetry pipelines, and AWS Cloud services.This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, cloud architects, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.Understand and map data flows from IoT devices and telemetry systems into cloud-based data platforms.Work with engineering teams to ensure proper data ingestion, transformation, and validation.Support the development of data models, use cases, and system workflows related to telemetry and IoT.Assist in the definition of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting needs based on telemetry data.Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and compliance standards.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews throughout the project lifecycle.Required Qualifications:3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or data-focused environment.Strong understanding of IoT data collection, device telemetry, and associated data pipelines.Familiarity with AWS Cloud services such as S3, Kinesis, IoT Core, Lambda, or related tools.Proficient in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
