Key Responsibilities Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiencies. Drive team development and growth by mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work Here’swhat you need Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry, Customer Service project delivery / Customer Transformation project delivery Minimum of 2 years of functional experience in SAP Expertisein Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies. Expertisein major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements) Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
