SAP ABAP Developer & Support Analyst SAP TM

Requirements We need 3--5+ years of SAP ABAP development and/or production support experience. We require hands-on experience developing or supporting SAP Transportation Management (TM). We need strong ABAP programming skills, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, debugging, and performance tuning. We require experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We prefer practical knowledge of ABAP Objects, RICEF, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, OData services, CDS views, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Fiori/SAPUI5. We value integration experience using RESTful APIs and web services. We prefer familiarity with SQL databases and version control tools such as Git or GitHub. Experience with SAP logistics modules such as TM, MM, SD, LE, and EWM is highly desirable. Exposure to Java, Python, cloud platforms, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Responsibilities We develop, customize, enhance, and support SAP TM applications using ABAP. We provide L2/L3 production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for SAP TM and related logistics solutions. We design, build, and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, OData services, and CDS views. We partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. We build and support integrations between SAP and external applications through web services and RESTful APIs. We improve system performance through debugging, code optimization, and tuning. We support SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC environments in line with SAP development standards and best practices. We participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery activities, including sprint planning, testing, deployments, and documentation. We maintain technical documentation for custom developments, configurations, enhancements, and support processes. Company We are hiring for 6 contract openings, including 2 onsite roles in South Florida and 4 fully remote roles for U.S.-based candidates. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity offering approximately 35 hours per week, with day, mid, and night shift options across U.S. time zones. The contract runs for 2 to 7 months with potential for extension and possible full-time conversion based on performance and business needs. Compensation is $47--$58 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, and no employer-sponsored benefits are included.
