Technical Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote end user technical support Manage systems using Active Directory Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Coordinate and manage AV setups for executive and meetings Support Microsoft Teams and video conferencing platforms Maintain IT asset tracking and documentation Participate in after-hours on-call rotation Required Skills & Experience 2-4 years of IT or enterprise technical support experience Strong knowledge of Tier 1 hardware/software troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms-certified equipment Familiarity with Active Directory and MECM Experience with ticketing systems Ability to perform under pressure in executive-facing environments Preferred Microsoft 365 Certification CompTIA A or Network AVIXA Fundamentals Additional Requirements Valid Driver’s License (Required) Reliable personal transportation (Frequent travel required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs US Citizen or Green Card Holder Local Florida candidates strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr First Soft Solutions LLC
