A leading IT service company in New York is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide exceptional IT support to enterprise customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, remote and onsite assistance, and managing technical requests. The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft Office 2016/o365 and Windows 10, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.
