Customer Service SpecialistAs a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, managing inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence. Utilizing a suite of web-based tools, you will efficiently resolve inquiries to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about service delivery in a high-velocity environment.For this specific role you will undergo a 7-day paid training to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam to obtain a License. That's right, you'll be getting paid to study! We provide a Trainer, study materials and cover all costs with taking and scheduling the exam. All you have to do is show up ready to learn and start your career journey to become a Licensed Agent!
