With three distinct dining experiences; restaurant, bar, and café, Boulon’s menu highlights locally sourced ingredients, fresh caught seafood and a modern interpretation of classic French pastries. Job Summary Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, food machines, etc. Further, it is essential that the dishwasher maintain the dishwashing station is maintained in a clean and safe manner. A strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow. Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills Must be able to obtain food safety certification Able to be self-motivated and work independently or as a team player Must be at least 18 years old Physical Requirements Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
