Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for state licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads is highly valued
• Ability to tailor assessment and intervention plans to diverse student needs
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students requiring speech-language services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver therapy in group and individual settings, using evidence-based approaches
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
• Educate and support staff and parents in understanding and implementing best communication strategies
