Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current Kansas SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
• Experience conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering therapy in schools is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with student needs
• Provide therapy through individual and group sessions within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress and integrate strategies into classroom activities
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment, and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
