Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with elementary students as a Speech Language Pathologist. This onsite role allows you to make a meaningful impact, supporting children from early childhood through fourth grade across one to two local schools. With a manageable caseload of 50-60 students, you'll provide vital services that help young learners find their voices and reach their communication goals.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP-CCC credentials
• Active Kansas SLP license in good standing
• Previous experience with school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students EC-4
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote successful learning environments
• Maintain thorough records of student progress and compliance documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to plan and review services
• Provide consultative and direct therapy for a diverse range of communication needs
