Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience working in school settings is preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy practices and IEP processes
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to travel between school sites as part of an itinerant role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students according to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain clear, timely, and compliant documentation
• Provide consultative support across multiple sites within the district as needed
