Service Desk Technician L2 - Mac & Windows Expert
Milestone Technologies, Inc.
Taleo in San Francisco is seeking a motivated Help Desk Technician to support Windows and Mac users in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will troubleshoot across chat, phone, and remote sessions and help teammates resolve complex technical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in help desk roles, strong communication, and deep familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Exchange, and AD.
