The group has New Facilities, High Retention, and Physician Autonomy Benefits and Features : Salary: $515,000.00 to $650,000.00 Based on Experience Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more Great PTO, Vacation, and sick time Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend) Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer Job/Practice Description: Otolaryngologist - ENT Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo) Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians Robust medical and surgical subspecialty support (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, etc.) Onsite, comprehensive audiology team with 3 audiologists and 2 audiology technicians Advanced practice providers take practice and hospital primary call, physicians only take backup call 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ER admissions and medical management of common ENT conditions Surgery block time in three OR locations (Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital and the Findlay Surgery Center) Very wide referral base with little surrounding competition - be as busy as you want to be and perform the cases you want to do!
