Position Summary As a Dental Hygienist, you will be a key member of our patient care team, delivering professional and compassionate care while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in MN. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Motivated new graduate or 1‑5 years of clinical experience. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills for patient education and preventative care. Clinical needs as required by office. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing and sitting. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically during the year. Ability to perform essential duties as determined by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
