Summary Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Hematologist/Oncologist to join our Capitol Hill Medical Center team in Seattle, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration. Position Highlights This is a multi-disciplinary Hematology/Oncology practice involving the full breadth of elective and acute care general surgery. There is a team spirit of collaboration with an emphasis on continuous learning, education, quality improvement, and standardization of care and best practices. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with colleagues and specialists to share knowledge, discuss cases, and design patient-centered treatment plans. Practice in a model that removes insurance barriers, giving you the time and access needed to truly know and care for your patients. Work within a multispecialty medical center that delivers coordinated care through convenient, one-stop facilities offering a full spectrum of services. Have the option for a 4-day work week. Provide inpatient rounding as a consultative service, supported by on-site hospitalists who manage all admissions and discharges. Maintain a clinic schedule designed to protect meaningful patient-physician face-to-face time. Enjoy strong work-life balance with competitive vacation and CME time. Practice community hematology/oncology with opportunities to focus on specialty interests. Use EPIC and Beacon EMR systems across all practice locations. Pursue non-clinical interests and professional development. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $497,045 - $584,759 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
