Twin City Dodge is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department! As a Service Advisor, you'll be the important connection between our customers and our technicians - making sure every customer receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Coordinate closely with technicians and the Service Department Follow up with customers regarding recommended services Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Automotive dealership experience is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong computer skills A team player who takes pride in their work Valid and clean driver's license
