Job Opportunity: Neurologist Specializing in Movement Disorders

Our organization is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist with specialized fellowship training in movement disorders. This position is part of the Department of Neurology and will be based at our Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorder Center.

You will become a vital member of a bustling outpatient practice, managing a diverse patient population with various movement disorders. The center is also engaged in an active clinical trials program and collaborative research initiatives, providing an excellent opportunity to integrate clinical responsibilities with academic pursuits.

• Engage in an outpatient-focused practice with a strong influx of referrals.
• Participate in clinical trials and collaborative research projects.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the treatment of Parkinson's disease and related conditions.
• Educate neurology residents and medical students.
• Contribute to conferences, case discussions, and curriculum development.
• Receive support for scholarly activities and professional growth.

• Experience managing patients undergoing deep brain stimulation (DBS).
• Proficiency in administering botulinum toxin injections for movement disorders.
• Interest in fostering academic and research initiatives.

• MD/DO or equivalent, with board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
• Completion of a fellowship in Movement Disorders.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in New York State.
• A strong passion for education and mentorship.
