We are seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Portland, OR in a flexible PRN W2 role (not 1099). This opportunity offers professional stability, clinical support, and the freedom to make a real-world impact.

What You'll Do:

• Provide counseling services that support clients' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral adjustment throughout recovery.
• Help individuals navigate life transitions related to injury or illness, including: regaining independence with daily responsibilities, returning to work or school, re-engaging in community and social activities.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, LCSWs, and other rehabilitation professionals.
• Participate in team communication and care planning to support holistic, goal-driven outcomes.
• Deliver services in real-world settings, allowing counseling to directly support functional progress.

Who We're Looking For:

• A licensed LPC in the state of Oregon with experience supporting individuals through recovery and life transitions.
• A clinician who thrives in autonomous, community-based practice while valuing collaboration and communication.
• Someone passionate about person-centered, functional care beyond traditional clinic walls.
• Experience in neurorehabilitation, medical, or community-based settings preferred.
