Technical Talent Sourcer

To support a growing team, the contract Technical Talent Sourcer will proactively source candidates for various roles, build diverse talent pipelines, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and other creative channels Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, BDR, or a related role Bachelor's Degree Strong sourcing skills across platforms, with LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred Ability to identify and engage passive candidates Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple pipelines simultaneously
