Pursuits Coordinator

Overall responsibilities include ensuring brand continuity for DAVIS through collaborative and detail driven proposal and presentation coordination. Must champion + maintain DAVIS’ brand standards across the board.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing or Construction related field, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity using MS office suite, various graphics and presentation programs (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign)Understanding of and interest in A / E / C industry experienceTECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE:Proposal Management: Assists with the pursuit process (qualifications, proposal, and presentation) for smaller, less complicated response packagesContent Development: Assists with writing and developing content as part of the RFQ/RFP/RFB processCompliance: Understands RFP/RFQ requirements to ensure compliance and deriving a list of deliverablesData Entry: Performs data entry relevant to client, employee, project, and opportunity tracking within the CRM databaseEditing and Proofreading: Provides editing and proofreading support for proposals and technical materialsTemplate Management: Coordinates and updates templates, checklists, and boilerplate documents to support proposal developmentBrand Standards: Champions and maintains DAVIS’ brand standards across all materialsIndustry Knowledge: Stays current with DAVIS project experience, business operations, personnel, services, differentiators, and historyTime Management: Organizes, assesses and prioritizes multiple tasks, projects, and demandsCORE COMPETENCIES FOR THE ROLE:Autonomy + AccountabilityUsually works autonomously within established procedures and practicesCompletes work with a limited degree of supervisionCan coordinate the work of others but not a supervisorAccountable for work within own role only, but work completed impacts team and / or projectsBusiness ImpactImpacts own team, adjacent teamsSuggests improvements to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiencyTalent DevelopmentHas no supervisory responsibilitiesCan provide informal guidance and support team members with less experienceProblem Solving + ResiliencyRecognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work project / departmentEvaluates and selects solutions from established optionsDAVIS CORE VALUES:TRUSTExcellence in Service – Fulfilling our clients’ highest expectationsInclusion – Ensuring a culture of respect and acceptance, where all employees have a sense of purpose and belongingIntegrity – Exhibiting honesty and fairness while holding ourselves accountable for our actionsBuilding Relationships – Creating and maintaining strong partnerships through leadership, creative solutions and hard workThe base salary (or hourly) range for this position is$65,000.00 - $80,000.00DAVIS is committed to providing our employees with a competitive total compensation package that enhances your quality of life.
