Your Daily Responsibilities: Install new garage doors, openers, and hardware Repair and service existing systems (springs, cables, rollers, tracks, openers) Troubleshoot issues, perform safety inspections, and recommend fixes/upgrades Provide clear explanations and great service to customers Keep jobs safe, clean, and completed on time Maintain your tools and service vehicle What We're Looking For: 1+ years of hands-on garage door installation and repair experience (residential preferred) Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean record Your own basic hand/power tools (we provide specialized equipment) Able to lift 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in Arizona weather Mechanical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail Professional attitude and good communication with customers Legal right to work in the U.S. (proof of ID and authorization) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test Benefits: Mostly Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility Paid Time Off (PTO) Commission program with strong earning potential Quality leads straight from our premier showroom Overtime available If you're a skilled technician looking for a family-owned company that truly supports its team and rewards your hard work, we'd love to hear from you.
