Manager HR- Legal, HCC, GCA

Johnson & Johnson seeks an HR Manager to lead people strategy and talent programs for Legal, Health Care Compliance, and Global Corporate Affairs functions globally. The role serves as strategic partner to senior leadership, driving talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning aligned to business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead people engagement strategy and talent management for Legal, HCC, and GCA organizations
- Develop and execute talent strategy including performance management, succession planning, and capability building
- Coach and advise business leaders on organizational design and workforce planning matters
- Partner with HR teams to design and deploy integrated talent solutions for attraction, retention, and development
- Monitor external market trends and translate insights into forward-looking HR strategies aligned to business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years progressive HR experience including business partnering and enterprise talent strategy execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with business acumen
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Demonstrated presence, judgment, and discretion advising on sensitive organizational matters
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
