Associate Director of Sales (BFS)

Overview Aspire Systems is hiring a senior BFS Hunter Sales Leader to drive net-new logo acquisition across North America. This is a pure hunting role focused on selling AI-led, digital, data, and platform engineering services into Banks, Financial Institutions, and FinTech firms. Responsibilities Net-new BFS client acquisition across North America Core banking & lending platform modernization Data, analytics & risk transformation programs Candidate Profile (Qualifications) 15+ years IT services sales experience 5+ years BFS vertical selling Experience selling into banks; exposure to Temenos, Finastra, or core banking ecosystem preferred Strong CXO access & deal shaping ability Compensation and Benefits The salary range is $180,000 to $200,000 (base salary only, not including benefits or variable bonus).
