Maintenance Manager – Food Manufacturinggpac is working with a well-established, rapidly growing national food manufacturer seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a high-volume production facility.This individual will be responsible for building a strong maintenance team, improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting continued plant growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and mentor a multi-skilled maintenance team across all production shiftsOversee daily maintenance operations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and work-order executionImprove equipment reliability, uptime, and overall plant performanceEnsure compliance with OSHA, USDA, HACCP, refrigeration, and plant safety requirementsManage the maintenance budget, parts inventory, contractors, and vendor relationshipsPartner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to support production goalsDrive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and extend equipment lifeSupport capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgradesQualifications5+ years of maintenance leadership within food, beverage, protein, or a similar high-volume manufacturing environmentMeat or protein processing experience is preferred but not requiredStrong mechanical, electrical, and industrial troubleshooting knowledgeExperience with ammonia refrigeration, packaging equipment, conveyors, and processing machineryProven ability to lead teams, manage KPIs, and create accountabilityStrong understanding of regulatory requirements, safety programs, and maintenance best practicesWhat the Company OffersCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsGrowing, well-capitalized organization with strong leadership supportHigh-impact position with the opportunity to influence plant performance and cultureLong-term growth and advancement opportunitiesInterviews are being scheduled immediately.
