Customer Service SpecialistTYPE: Direct Hire LOCATION: East Rutherford, NJ ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Onsite SHIFT: 9 am - 5:30 pm, M-F START DATE: September/October 2026We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative operations team in a fast-paced, order-driven environment. This role sits at the center of order execution and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. The position supports day-to-day customer interactions while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Success in this role is less about the difficulty of the work and more about the ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy under volume.Main ResponsibilitiesManage inbound customer communication via phone and email related to orders, updates, and issue resolutionProcess and enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy across multiple order typesMaintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and order activityCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentManage multiple active orders at different stages, each with unique requirements and timelinesPrioritize tasks based on urgency and operational impactIdentify and resolve issues when possible, escalating when appropriateSupport general administrative tasks related to order processing and customer supportQualifications1–3+ years of customer-facing experience (customer service, retail, operations, or similar)Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar systemsStrong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsComfortable communicating with customers via phone and emailProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)EOE STATEMENT We are an equal opportunity employer.
