As a CSR , youll work directly with customers on behalf of the brands we represent. This is a face-to-face position built around conversation, customer experience, relationship building and making sure every interaction represents our clients in the right way. If youve worked in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, retail or another people-focused environment, you probably already have many of the skills were looking for. What will you be doing? Youll work as part of an energetic team representing client campaigns throughout the New York market. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers face-to-face Creating positive, professional customer experiences Answering questions and communicating client information clearly Learning how to understand different customer needs Building rapport and developing strong customer relationships Supporting customer acquisition and campaign objectives Working alongside your team to achieve daily and weekly goals Developing your communication, confidence and commercial awareness Who are we looking for? We can teach you our campaigns. We can't teach you to enjoy dealing with people. Thats why personality matters here. Were particularly interested in people who are: Naturally friendly, confident and conversational Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Good listeners as well as good talkers Positive and professional, even when things get busy Energetic and comfortable working in a social environment Reliable and willing to take responsibility Open to coaching, feedback and learning new skills Motivated by goals and personal improvement Previous customer-facing experience is welcome, but it doesn't have to come from a traditional customer service role. Bartenders, servers, retail associates, hosts, event staff and hospitality professionals often have exactly the kind of communication skills that translate well into what we do. Why The Foundry?
