Client Services Associate

Our client is an independent wealth management firm — growing, advisor-led, and serious about client experience. They've retained Squarely to conduct a confidential search for an Operations & Client Service Associate: the person who sits at the center of the firm and makes everything work, from client onboarding to advisor calendars to the details nobody else catches. About the Role This is not a back-office data entry seat. You'll work directly with advisors and clients every day, and you'll have real ownership over how the firm operates. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, communications, and scheduling Prepare account paperwork, process service requests, and shepherd them to completion Coordinate meeting logistics so every client interaction feels effortless Help plan and run client events and appreciation touches Firm operations Manage advisor calendars and keep the office running day to day Build and improve the systems behind the scenes — workflows, checklists, follow-up processes Spot bottlenecks before they become problems, and fix them Take on special projects as the firm grows Qualifications Experience in financial services, operations, or executive support is a plus — but it's not the bar.
