Manufacturing Technician - Precision Etching
Hollis, NH
Pay: $21-$23/hour
1st Shift | 9/80 Schedule (every other Friday off! - 3 day weekend!)

Week 1

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Week 2

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Technician Precision Etching supports the final stages of a precision manufacturing process. This role involves operating automated equipment, performing quality inspections under magnification, handling delicate components, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your manufacturing experience to operate and monitor automated and manual etching equipment
• Verify equipment is functioning properly before production
• Prepare and mix chemicals according to manufacturing procedures
• Perform chemical changeovers using proper PPE and safety practices
• Inspect substrates prior to processing
• Perform detailed touch-up work using microscopes and precision dispensing equipment
• Verify critical dimensions using Nikon microscope systems
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products
• Strip photoresist materials and inspect finished parts for cleanliness and quality
• Operate metal thickness measurement equipment
• Maintain production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Cleanroom manufacturing experience
• Microscope inspection experience
• Quality inspection experience
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, IPC, or similar standards
