Job Title: Manufacturing Operator About the RoleKelly Services is hiring a Manufacturing Operator with a great company in Hollis, NH! This is an exciting opportunity to join our production team in a temp-to-hire position, with the potential for permanent placement.  Shift & Pay Details

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Every other Friday off
• $21 +.00 per hour

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Set-up, clean, operate, and troubleshoot assigned machinery.
• Operate all equipment safely and compliantly.
• Read, comprehend, and interpret work instructions and dimensional drawings.
• Inspect substrates for proper quantity and quality.
• Identify and segregate out-of-spec products, and communicate discrepancies.
• Load and unload substrates into machines.
• Adjust machinery as needed to ensure quality.
• Perform 100% visual inspection of all parts before progressing.
• Maintain high product quality to support company yield and on-time delivery.

Key Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous stable work experience
• Comfortable working with industrial/manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret dimensional drawings
