We're looking for confident, collaborative doctors who are interested in picking up recurring or occasional shifts in a busy, well-supported small animal practice just outside Albany, NY. We provide high quality medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs, cats, rabbits, and exotic pets. Our practice combines the resources of a large hospital with the culture of a close-knit team. Our facility features: Dual table surgical suite Digital radiography Digital dental radiography Ultrasound Therapy laser In-house diagnostics Paperless medical records Our doctors enjoy a diverse caseload ranging from preventative care and internal medicine to surgery, dentistry, and urgent care cases. We're Looking For The ideal relief veterinarian will: Enjoy general practice medicine in a fast-paced environment Be comfortable managing appointments independently while collaborating with the hospital team Have strong communication and client service skills Appreciate working alongside experienced doctors and support staff Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD from an accredited institution Active New York veterinary license in good standing 3+ years of clinical experience preferred Comfortable seeing wellness, sick appointments, and routine medical cases Surgery is welcomed but not required for relief shifts Please Note This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
