Job Title Team Lead - Maintenance What we are looking for The Team Lead – Maintenance position is a working team lead, responsible for coordinating maintenance employees in completing daily task required. Responsible for coordination with daily work activities of maintenance employees Works closely with production supervisor & team leads to determine priority levels and equipment availability to meet PM, work requests, and scheduled work order compliance to meet maintenance metrics KPI goals with a sense of reasonable urgency. Proactive mindset, address problems before they become problems Manage workload resource balancing. I.e. Appropriate manpower for the assignment Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed using Fixx work order system. Locate parts and prices to effect repairs, complete required forms for purchases. Use the National Electrical Code, manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints to diagnose and repair equipment. Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machinery and associated equipment. Perform all safety checks within the department Keep work area clean, safe, and orderly manner All other duties assigned High School Diploma or GED equivalent Good knowledge of excel and word documents creating charts and reports. Mobile equipment, forklifts, aerial lifts. Have experience with a maintenance ticketing system Certification High School and Trade School or Apprenticeship. Ability to successfully accomplish multiple tasks and priorities and quickly adapt in a fast-paced high-energy environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to but not limited to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to but not limited to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to work at heights over 100 feet occasionally. Occasional overtime and extended hours are required. Occasional work performed in environments > 100 degrees.
