Call Center Supervisor

Managing a remote team of service representatives, the full-time Call Center Supervisor will oversee performance, provide coaching and training, and ensure adherence to policies while driving key performance indicators in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team servicing and selling products, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Utilize reports and team activities to meet productivity and quality goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement Handle escalated calls and sensitive situations, acting as an intermediary between consumers and the company Required qualifications: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a contact center or financial services environment Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve successful results Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering results and managing priorities Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage 15-17 non-exempt reports Computer proficiency and experience with relevant technology for remote supervision
